With the combination of beauty and time in mind and a celebration of craftsmanship skills that have been perfected through trial, success and patience, Dom Pérignon launched the highly anticipated Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2 with an exclusive dinner.
The event design held a sense of simplicity, yet every detail was considered – innovative, modern and flawless, established by lifelines. The atmosphere was electric and alive.
From the illuminated larger-than-life custom dining table to a series of theatrical moments of immense drama awakened the senses over the course of dinner. Josh Niland, Executive chef of Saint Peter curated a re-creation menu, elevating signature dishes with a second life, evoking powerful emotions amongst guests.
Refractions of light created continuous movement that emulated the notion that time is constantly passing with the intrigue of what lies ahead. The table, organic and graphic with meticulous layers of timber transcended guests to another universe.
The event took guests on a journey of transformation, an experience that expressed the analogy of the continuous process of creation, to reach Dom Pérignon Second Plénitude.
