A two-part event programme for Westholme wagyu, introducing their new campaign to the Australian market.
Events in three of Australia’s major cities ignited the senses and brought a flare of the station to the city. Hand crafted installations, complemented by gourmet food offerings and signature cocktails connected the terroir to taste.
This was followed closely by dining experiences like no other on two of Westholme’s most iconic cattle stations. Guests were given the opportunity to explore the locations history and legacy, indulging in an open flame sunset dinner.
Carefully considered décor, paired with soft lighting, further paid respects to the natural environment, emphasising the relationship between the expansive landscape and sensational Westholme wagyu flavours.
The series embodied the essence of the natural environments, delivered in a magnificent and tangible consumer experience with cuisine by some of Australia’s most renowned chefs.
